LZZG New Sewage Treatment System | Concrete Mixing Plant

Date: Mar. 23, 2021

Introduction

The wastewater produced during the production process of the concrete mixing plant not only contains conventional construction materials such as sand and cement but also contains concrete additives. If it is directly discharged, it will cause serious pollution to the natural environment. The sewage treatment plant designed and developed by Longding is a closed automatic sewage treatment system. By the principle of recycling, the wastewater is separated from mud and sand, separated from mud and water, and solid waste is discharged dry. Through screening, cleaning, dewatering, recycling, solid-liquid separation, sludge dewatering, and other links. The sludge and clean water in the entire system are separated, the recovery rate of sand and gravel screening is high, and the sewage is purified and recycled, to save resources, reduce water consumption, and meet environmental protection requirements. Make the entire concrete batching plant production plant realize the concept of environmentally friendly production.

 Sewage Treatment System

Major Equipment

The sewage treatment plant of the concrete mixing plant mainly includes sewage treatment pipelines, sewage tanks, clean water tanks, sediment separation equipment, screening equipment, fine sand recovery equipment, dryers, thickening tanks, filter presses, and other parts.

Screening equipment: a dewatering screen can be used to dewater the sand and gravel, and the swing screen can classify the sand and gravel for reuse of the raw materials.

Fine sand recovery equipment: The sand washing and recovery integrated machine or the fine sand recovery machine can be used to realize the washing, dehydration, and recovery of the materials under the screen after screening through the cyclone.

Dryer: for drying, the dried material enters the grading sieve (swing sieve) for classification.

Concentration tank: Separation of mud and water through concentration and sedimentation, and purification of the tailwater.

Filter press: The thickened sludge in the thickening tank is pressed into a mud cake through a belt filter press or a box filter press to achieve sludge dewatering and dry stacking.

 Sewage Treatment System

Process Flow

The sewage of the concrete mixing plant is collected into the sewage transfer tank through the sewage treatment pipeline, and the water and sand are separated after dehydration and screening. The sand and gravel are collected into the fine sand recovery equipment for fine sand recovery, drying, secondary screening, and grading, and the sand after screening The stone is mixed again into the finished concrete at the raw material plant. After dehydration, the tailwater is passed through the thickening tank for mud water separation operation. The generated clean water enters the clean water rotating pool directly from the overflow. At the same time, the mud at the bottom of the thickening tank is pumped into the filter press, and the concentrated mud is pressed into a mud cake by the filter press to achieve a dry pile for other purposes. After pressure filtration, the clean water also enters the clean water rotating tank to realize the recycling of clean water and zero discharge in the entire process.

 Sewage Treatment System

Solution Advantages

1. In the whole production line, the sewage is screened and washed, tailwater is purified, and solid waste is discharged dry, which can achieve environmentally friendly zero discharge.

2. The sewage treatment plant of the concrete mixing plant is highly pertinent, and the equipment can be configured according to the customer’s situation.

3. R&D design, reasonable technology, optimized structure, the treated water, and mud can meet the national environmental protection requirements, and the whole production line is designed with low cost of intelligent operation.
