The process flow of the production line is the raw material – pre-screening – scrubbing – desliming – magnetic separation – washing and dehydration – dryer – screening – a series of mud purification procedures to produce oil-fracturing sand.

Working principle

The fracturing sand enters the silo for storage and is screened by a linear vibrating screen. <20 meshes are subjected to magnetic separation through the magnetic separator, and then enter the scrubbing machine for washing. When the material passes through the scrubbing machine, it is fully stirred and washed, and the scrubbed sludge enters the secondary magnetic separation operation. The sand is cleaned and dehydrated in the sand washing machine, separated by the impeller separator, and then enters the lower dewatering screen for dehydration treatment, and the wastewater (containing a large amount of fine sand, mud, dust, and other impurities) overflowing from the cleaning box is cleaned. The separated sand material will flow into the mud transfer tank after being thickened by the trihydrogen purification body, and then be pumped by the special pump of the filter press, then put into the box filter press, and then filtered into the mud cake by the filter press and discharged. At the same time, the trihydrogen purification body overflows with clean water, and returns to the clean water transfer tank with the clean water filtered by the filter press, to realize the dry discharge treatment of solid waste and the recycling and reuse of water resources.
